Thai Yoga massage is an ancient healing art with both Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine influences. Unlike typical massage therapy, this type of massage requires you to lie fully clothed (loose and comfortable works best) on a yoga mat on the floor. Tracy uses stretching, pulling and rocking techniques to help relieve tension, promote reaction and improve flexibility and circulation.
