Custom Orthotics and Footwear
Almost anyone can benefit from orthotics. Custom orthotics can help reduce or alleviate pain or discomfort in the foot, knee, hip or back.
Injuries can occur with faulty or abnormal lower limb biomechanics.
We offer custom-fitted orthotic services. A thorough foot examination and gait analysis are performed in order to assess your individual foot care needs. We use laser scanning to recreate an identical image of your foot. The lab in Stoney Creek, Ontario then analyzes and modifies this image by computer software producing a 3D image which serves as the mold for the orthotic. Once your orthotics are shipped to us, we will schedule an appointment to ensure proper fit. All documentation required to submit to your third-party insurance coverage is provided upon receipt of payment. Most third-party insurance plans require a medical prescription for orthotics to be covered.
